PROJECT SCOPE

Efor Group undertook the MEP engineering design and infrastructure design of the 5-star hotel project consisting of 3 basements and 8 floors with a total closed area of 22.000m2 in Karakol city located on the eastern shore of Issyk-Kul in Kyrgyzstan. The hotel concept includes many social areas such as suites and standard rooms, congress center, meeting rooms, restaurants, outdoor swimming pools, SPA etc.
