PROJECT SCOPE
Efor Group undertook the design of the MEP engineering and infrastructure design projects for the Khan Tengri Hotel concept, which is planned to be built in the south of Issyk-Kul in the north-east of Kyrgyzstan. Within the scope of the project with a closed area of 68.860m2, there are a total of 115 rooms consisting of suites, junior suites and standard rooms, conference and multi-purpose halls, restaurants, casino, SPA and retail areas, 5-star hotel with 3 basements and 8 floors, outdoor indoor swimming pools, outdoor sports activity areas, outdoor indoor parking lot, 13 villa houses, 9 pier suites.
