PROJECT SCOPE

Efor Group undertook the MEP engineering and infrastructure systems design of the Ala Arça hotel project, which is being built in a high mountainous area within the Ala Arça National Park, located approximately 40 km south of Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. The total area of 66.800m2 includes 1 3-storey 5 star hotel with 120 rooms, 22 bungalows, 15 balloon houses, 1 restaurant, 4 ornamental pools and a 2km cable car for access to the resort.
