PROJECT SCOPE: Mounting of all electrical and electronic systems in the City of Capitals project, which held the title of the tallest building in Europe until 2012 and is a multi-purpose complex with two twin towers with 65 and 76 floors and a total floor area of 356.000 m2 with one 18-floor Office building, one 3-floor shopping center, and one 6-floor indoor car park, was done by Efor. Moscow tower 81 floors, St. Petersburg Tower 70 floors, and South Office 24 floors. 84 number 20k V RMU transformers and a total 36 number 1600kVA transformers, with 18 pairs of 20/0.4 kV that support each other 100% was installed in this project with 57,6 MVA total power rating. In the energy distribution system, a busbar system up to 3000A has been applied. There are 2 synchronous generators with a power of 4MVA. The complex is equipped with the state-of-the-art technological and electronic systems. SCADA's energy automation, 6000 points BMS system, CCTV system with 430 cameras, ACS system with 1230 control points, 52 units of elevators and integrated elevator control systems, 36 units of Turnstile, Car parking system, Water leakage system, Roof de-icing, and heat tracing system applications were implemented. The whole facade of the building is decorated with RGB-led armatures and the building is a structure that includes all technological innovations.
